Detroit Dark Red Beet
Calabrese Originally brought to America by Italian immigrants around 1840. The standard home garden broccoli variety. Sturdy 24-30″ plants produce nice 4-8″ dark green central heads, followed by abundant side shoots. A great variety for home, market, fresh eating, canning or freezing. Introduced in 1965 in South Carolina by horticulturist, Dr. Hoffman. Sturdy 16-18″ tall plants with straight 5-6″ pods borne in clusters. Widely adapted, string-less and good disease resistance. Provider Bush Beans
Copenhagen Market Round, solid heads, weigh 3-4 pounds and are not prone to bursting like many cabbages. Popular cabbage for home gardens and also for shipping; will also store well. This is a good variety for making sauerkraut. As with most cruciferous vegetables, Copenhagen Cabbage is high in glutathione, along with high levels of B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, protein, selenium, and iron. Harvest as early as 60 days.

Little Fingers Carrot Seeds: a great mini carrot from France, great for children. Smooth skin, deep orange color little to no core. Very sweet and crisp, once you taste these it will be hard to go back to store bought imitations! Falcarinol is an interesting antioxidant found in carrots and some say it has anticancer properties.
